What should you bring to your senior session?

Do you know what I loved most about Reagan’s senior portrait session? She knew what she wanted and had a vision.

She wanted tall fields and flowers for her session. After some serious location scouting, I found THE place in Simpsonville SC. Not to mention she had the sweetest Mom who went to a local florist for some beautiful wildflowers to add the finishing touches for Reagan’s portraits. Yes and yes!

She knew she wanted to include her Clemson shirt and bring her cap and gown. Reagan will be going to Clemson in the fall and will be majoring in marketing. Her sister already attends Clemson so hopefully these two together won’t cause too much trouble!!

I loved getting to meet and work with Reagan. She has a kind hearted soul who loves her friends and traveling. Her Mom is treating her to a trip to NYC for graduation and I’m thrilled for both of them!!

This is the thing about *your* senior session. Let’s get creative and bring anything that has meaning to you. Bring your Mom. Bring your best friend.  Senior portrait sessions are so exciting to me because they capture the end of one chapter and the beginning of the next.

For me, high school was amazing. I had built so many friendships and memories, but those four years just flew by. It is bittersweet saying goodbye to what you know and completely embracing this new life that awaits you. It’s such a thrill and I have to say that I loved my college experience just as much!

Cheers to the class of 2023 and here’s to the next round of seniors for 2024!
