Maternity Session at Furman University in Greenville SC

I was really looking forward to my maternity session with Kaci and Justin. Maternity sessions always take me back to the days when I was pregnant which seems like forever ago. It gives me the new momma feels all over again!

Let’s be honest, what other times in your life do people hold the doors for you on a regular basis? Or help you carry something out to your car? Or smile at you eating that second bowl of ice cream because of your cravings? Or tell you that you are glowing? In all serious, it really is such an incredible time in our lives for so many reasons.

The moments of anticipation and preparation of baby’s arrival. Those moments stand still in time for me. It is such a small window of time in our life but an important one to document which is why it makes my heart so happy when Moms book a maternity session.

Kaci and Justin got married a few years ago and now they are just a few months away from bringing a beautiful baby girl into the world. This will be the first girl born into a whole family of boys on Justin’s side so that should give you a little idea of how loved (and spoiled!) baby girl is already. Kaci may or may not have told me that she has already done three loads of laundry for all of her baby’s outfits!!

I’m so excited to meet baby girl in just a few months for her newborn session! But for now, it’s just the two of them (and their dog Riggs) for a little bit longer!
